Mohan has over 13 years of experience in providing comprehensive solutions to complex data problems across multiple verticals like Technology, Retail, CPG, Media & Entertainment. He has a strong mathematical background and experienced in solving complex business problems with AI techniques. He has co-authored a research paper around Net Promoter Sentiment Classifier using Ordinal Hyperplane Loss (OHPL) presented in IEEE Bigdata conference 2019. His paper on TextSense, a contextual semantic topic modelling framework was presented at IIM, Bangalore. His work around predicting the Indian Elections winner using social media data got published in Mainstream media include Washington Post, Economic times (digital and print) and Bloomberg. He has received the 'Excellence and Eminence' award and the Forward Thinker award during his tenure at IBM for his work around NLP. He had also won first prize in Intel OneAPI Hackathon with the AI labs team. He holds a master's degree in MBA Finance and a bachelor's degree in mathematics. His interest areas include NLP, Generative AI, Casual Analysis, social insights and Knowledge graphs.
