With a total of 23+ years' experience, Shannon has been wearing several hats in Lenovo's challenging environment to drive P&L improvements and analyze customer needs to obtain actionable insights since past 8 years. This has allowed her to develop a strong background in eCommerce, particularly in cross-functional project management of innovative E2E initiatives. As an innovative, analytical director, Shannon has spearheaded several key changes to eCommerce at Lenovo to increase revenue, including web platform migrations and consumer financing initiatives.
