Sushant has over 20 years of experience in the digital analytics industry with a strong background in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Logistics Analytics functions. He has worked across multiple sectors (Retail/E-commerce, CPG, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, and Media Entertainment), and consulted more than 180+ enterprises in more than 17+ countries.
At Course5, he is the Global Product Manager for Course5 Discovery (An AI-powered Augmented Analytics Solution). Besides this, he is also driving the Supply Chain Analytics practice for the large CPG and FMCG customers and focusing exclusively on the use-cases like, Order Lead and CSAT Optimization, Multi-Echelon Inventory Optimization and Network Optimization.
Prior to joining Course, he successfully ran a $2.5M Consulting business and provided Marketing Analytics, eCommerce Consulting, and Experience Optimization services to over 17+ small online retailers (<$50mn annual revenue) in North America, Western Europe, and APAC.
He has trained over 2000 professionals across 55+ enterprises across 10+ countries on Adobe and Google Marketing Cloud under a partnership with Adobe, Google, and Cardinal Path.
