As I thought about who we would want to have speak at Course5 Compass, I wanted to be sure to include someone who is in the middle of using data to solve really meaty problems, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. I quickly landed on Alex Robertson. Alex is VP of Enterprise Data and Analytics at David’s Bridal.

The pandemic has had a significant impact on anyone planning to get married in the near future. David’s Bridal sits at the center of the wedding industrial complex. And speaking of complex, how do you meet your customer’s needs when so much of your model relies on their coming into your store, but your stores are all closed?
